MUSABAQAH HIFDZUL QUR’AN (MHQ) 2 JUZ

General requirements

1. 2 Juz Hifzul Quran Competition is branch of International Level of OASE competition . It can be followed by Indonesian students and international students.
2. 2 Juz Hifzul Quran Competition is branch of competition For elementary school (SD / MI) student.
3. Every institution sends maximum 1 participant For every category.
4. One participant is only entitled to follow One competition in OASE .
5. Participant must be registered as students at school / madrasah level ( SD / MI) proven with a copy of the Card Student or letter delegation from respective institutions
6. Participant must show Tahfidz Certificate in accordance with the competition being participated by uploading on registration.
7. Committee owns rights of disqualifying participant competition if the participants do not fulfill the requirements that have been determined.
8. Quota of Participants accepted are ± 50 participants .

Special Provision

1. Participants in MHQ category 2 Juz (29 & 30) are individual.
2. Committee gives limitation quota for registrants and participants must follow regulation of the competition that has been determined by competition committee.
3. Time and materials of Musabaqoh Hifdzil Quran (MHQ) will be delivered during the Technical Meeting, after registration is closed.
4. Number of sequence and time of competition are determined by the committee organizers and will submitted D-1 before competition starts .
5. During the competition, Participants are expected to already prepare all his needs including applications, good network, microphone, etc.
6. During the competition , participants are required to close eyes .
7. It is recommended to use a microphone/clip on/headset for clear sound.
8. Participant must activate the camera during the competition.
9. Participant are expected to standby 10 minutes before the competition .
10. The question consists of 3 questions.
11. Participant will be guided with signal the sound of the bell from jury with provision :

• Bell 2 times : About will started or move to question next
• Bell 1 time : False warning
• Bell 3 times : Participants finished come on stage

12. Aspect of jury evaluation includes :

• Manners
• Smoothness
• Tajweed and fashohah

13. The Jury’s decision is final

14. Competition use qiroat hafsh an' asim .

6. Participant must show Tahfidz Certificate in accordance with the competition being participated from institution by uploading when registration.
7. Committee owns the right of disqualifying participant if the participants do not fulfill the requirements that have been determined.

HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE COMPETITION ONLINE

1. Open Registration Forms for OASE Assalaam 2024 on the website: https://oaseppmiassalaam.blogspot.com/ (Select Registration – Registration Form). A Google form will appear, as follows.

2. Complete /Fill in all the questions listed above as data for prospective participants in 2024 OASE Assalaam competition

3. Click menu send if the data is complete and correct.

4. If the school/teacher delegates 5 participants, then fills in the Google registration form 5 times according to the data of the prospective participants. (same steps as no. 1-4).

5. Confirm to the committee if you have filled in the form.

GRAND OPENING OASE 2024

GENERAL INFORMATION

1. Participants who are representatives of institutions must 

    include a letter of mandate from Head of Institution or 

    authorized leader. 

2. Participants in the OASE Competition are Muslim/Muslimah

3. Participants must be registered as students at schools

    /madrasas at elementary and middle school levels and

    proven by uploading Student Card or Letter of Delegation

    from institutions in the registration form.

4. Participants MUST fill out the registration form on the website:

5. Registration time start December 21 , 2023 – February 14 , 2024
6. Execution time competition start Monday - Wednesday,

    19 – 21 February 2024
7. Registration closes if the participant quota has been met.
8. Champion Achiever of 1,2,3 years previously (OASE 2023)

    were not allowed to participate again.
