Reading the Book (Fathul Qorib)

 General requirements

1. Book Reading Competition ( Fathul Qorib) is branch National Level OASE competition . It can be followed by Indonesian Students.
2. Book Reading Competition (Fathul Qorib) is branch competition For students of junior high school level (SMP / MTs).
3. There isn't any limitation of participants amount delegated by the Institution/ School .
4. One participant is only entitled to follow One competition in OASE .
5. Participant must registered as active students in school /madrasah at junior high school level (SMP/MTs) as proven with Student Card or Letter of Delegation from respective institutions and is uploaded in the registration form .
6. Committee owns right of disqualifying participant competition if the participant does not fulfill the requirements that have been determined .
7. There isn't any limitation amount participant in this competition

Special Provision

1. The competition was held with submitted the video on Monday , February 19 , 2024.
2. Participant must dress polite , neat , and Islamic ( for daughter must wear veil ).
3. Assessed reading texts will be sent to the Whatsapp group on D-1 ( Sunday , February 18 2024).
4. Videos are uploaded to each participant's Instagram account and must include in the caption: Name of participant , name of school , accompanied Hastage #bacakitaboaseppmiassalaam2024 . As example : (Ahmed_SMP100 Ploso_#bacakitaboaseppmiassalaam2024)
5. Instagram accounts must not be private.
6. One take video , there is NO  cut and pause inside Video capture .
7. After uploading video, participant must Fill out the Google form provided by committee as proof of following this competition.
8. Maximum limit for uploading videos to Instagram and filling out the Google form is Monday , February 19 2024 at 17.00 WIB, for those who pass time that has been determined is disqualified .
9. Video duration is 5 -7 minutes .
10. Evaluation is as follows :

Adabul Qira'ah , the assessment points (10 – 20), include :

1. Smoothness in read 
2. Attitude of reading or expression
3. Neatness

Qa'idah of Nahwu and Shorof , the assessment points (15 – 25), include :

1. Ma'anal Mufradat
2. Reasoning of Nahwu and Sharaf
3. Provision of shakal in wazan Sharaf
4. Understanding word position

Fahmu Maudhuiyyah , the assessment points (15 – 20), include :

1. Systematics explanation 
2. Language and clarity of expression

Munaqosyah ( top 5 finalist ) , assessment points (10 – 20), include :

1. Ability to answer question 
2. Ability to answer the problem

     11. The top 5 FINAL will be held on Wednesday , February

            21 2024 live with Google Meet/Zoom

     12. Meeting, link will be sent via WA group.
     13. Technical Reading as following :

• Participant read shared text by committee ( no harokah ), with showing text the before reading at the beginning of the video.
• Arabic text is translated and explained with method :
• per word (1 word later meaning )
• per sentence (1 sentence Then meaning )
• Explanation of the word or sentence is short in accordance to maximum 7 minutes time duration.
• Reading begins and ends with greetings .

    14. Jury decision is final.
    15. Participant must obey existing regulations  determined by the committee .

English Presenter

General requirements

1. English Presenter Competition is branch of National Level of OASE competition. It can be followed by Indonesian Students.
2. English Presenter Competition is branch competition for students at junior high school (SMP / MTs).
3. There isn't any limitation on the number of participants delegated by the Institution/ School.
4. A participant only entitled follow One competition in implementation of this OASE.
5. Participant must be registered as active students in school /madrasah at junior high school (SMP/MTs) as proven by Card Student or Letter of Delegation from respective institutions and is uploaded in the registration form.
6. The committee has the right to disqualify participants if the participant does not fulfill the requirements that have been determined.
7. There is no limit to the number of participants in this competition.

Special Provision

1. The competition will be held by sending Video on Monday, February 19, 2024.
2. The script will be sent to the WhatsApp group on H-1 at 06.00 WIB (Sunday, 18 February 2024)
3. Videos are uploaded to each participant's Youtube account with include in caption: Name of participant_name of school and hashtag #presenteroaseppmiassalaam2024 as example: (Ahmad Sofyan_SMP 100 PLOSO_#presenteroaseppmiassalaam2024)
4. Youtube accounts must not be private.
5. One take video, there is no cut and pause inside Video.
6. The uploaded video must use a frame determined by the committee.
7. After uploading videos, participants must fill out the Google form provided by committee as a proof following this competition.
8. The maximum limit for uploading videos to Youtube and filling out the Google form is Monday, February 19, 2024, at 23.00 WIB, for those who pass the specified time that has been determined, they are considered disqualified.
9. The video duration is 3-6 minutes.
10. The Assessment is as follows:

• Mastery Topic (Mastery of Topic)
• Grammar (Grammatical Point)
• Fluency / Fluency (Fluency)
• Pronunciation _
• Intonation _
• Appearance (Performance)
• Expression face (Facial Expression)

Calligraphy

General requirements

1. Calligraphy Competition is branch of National Level OASE competition. It can be followed by Indonesian Students.
2. Calligraphy Competition is branch competition for students of junior high school level (SMP / MTs).
3. There isn't any limitation of amount of participants delegated by the Institution/ School .
4. One participant only is entitled to follow One competition in OASE .
5. Participant must registered as active students in school /madrasah at junior high school level (SMP/MTs) as proven with Student Card or Letter of Delegation from institutions and is uploaded in the registration form .
6. Committee owns right of disqualifying participant competition if the participants does not fulfill the requirements that have been determined .
7. There isn't any limitation of amount of participant in this competition.

Special Provision

1. The calligraphy competition is a competition for students of SMP/MTs and equivalent categories, writing beautiful Al-Qur'an texts using correct rules, with predetermined writing content.
2. Selection for the competition is carried out by sending 2 photos (a photo of the calligraphy result & a photo of the participant with the calligraphy result).
3. Photos are sent to the Google form at the following link .
4. The maximum deadline for sending calligraphy results is on the H day ( Monday, February 19 2024 ) at 15.00 WIB. (Those who upload photos more than the specified time limit will be considered disqualified).
5. The top 10 Final will be held the following day by zoom.
6. The maximum number of participants sent to represent the school is 2 people.
7. Each participant writes 1 of the selected verses below:

1. QS. Ali Imran : 96
2. QS. Al Hajj: 27
3. QS. Al Kautsar : 1 - 3

8. Writing conditions: Use oil paint or acrylic paint
9. The painting medium is A3 size paper or the same size canvas.
10. You are welcome to choose the type of khat:
a) Naskhi, b) Tsulutsi , c) Diwani, d) Diwani Jali, e) Riq'i , f) Raihani , g) Pharisees, and h) Kufi.
11. Category contested calligraphy _ is painted calligraphy (contemporary).
12. The judges' decision will be final.
13. Participants' work becomes the property of the committee and cannot be returned.
14. Assessment is as follows:
    Writing Correctness : 30%
    Imagination Creativity : 25%
    Color Harmony : 25%
    Theme Suitability : 20%

General requirements

6. Committee owns the right of disqualifying participant competition if the participant does not fulfill the requirements that have been determined.
7. There isn't any limitation of amount of participant in this branch of competition.

Special Provision

1. The competition was held with sending a poetry video on Monday , February 19 , 2024.
2. There are 2 kinds of Poetry text that will be sent via Whatsapp group on D-1 (Sunday, February 18 2024 starting at 06.00). Participant Please choose one text of poetry .
3. Videos are uploaded to each participant's Instagram which also include the caption: Name of participant_name of school Hastage #poisioaseppmiassalaam2024 As example : ( Ahmed_SMP 100 Ploso #poisioaseppmiassalaam2024 )
4. Instagram accounts must not be private.
5. One-take video, there is no cut and pause as well as there is No background video editing in Video capture.
6. After uploading videos, participant must fill out the Google form provided by committee as proof the participant has followed the competition.
7. maximum limit for uploading videos to Instagram and filling out the Google form is Monday, February 19 2024 at 21.00 WIB, for those who passes time that has been determined so considered disqualified.
8. Maximum of video duration is 5 minutes .
9. Evaluation as following :

• Intonation sound , volume, vocal clarity : 20%
• Understanding read poetry   : 30 %
• Appearance and control stage : 25 %
• Accuracy grammatical    : 25 %

10. Jury’s decision will be final .

Musabaqoh Tilawatul Qur’an (MTQ)

General requirements

1. MTQ Competition is branch of National Level OASE competition. It can be followed by Indonesian Students.
2. The MTQ competition is branch competition for students of junior high school level (SMP / MTs).
3. There isn't any limitation of amount of participants delegated by the Institution/ School.
4. One participant is only entitled to follow One competition in OASE .
5. Participant must be registered as an active students in school /madrasah at junior high school level (SMP/MTs) as proven with Student Card or Letter of Delegation from institutions which is uploaded in the registration form .
6. Committee owns the right of disqualifying participant of competition if the participant does not fulfill the requirements that have been determined.
7. There isn't any limitation of amount of participant in this competition.

Special Provision

1. The competition will be held with sending a video of Quran recitations on Monday , February 19 2024.
2. The Maqro will be sent the 2nd day before competition .
3. Videos are uploaded on participant's Instagram account which the caption includes: Name of participant_name of school and hashtag #mtqoaseppmiassalaam2024 As example : ( Ahmad Sofyan < space > SMP 100 PLOSO < space > #mtqoaseppmiassalaam2024 )
4. Instagram accounts must not be private.
5. After uploading, participant must fill out Google form provided by committee as a proof that the participant has followed the competition.
6. maximum limit for uploading videos to Instagram is 13.00 WIB.
7. No need to say regards moment beginning or at the end appearance .
8. Reading maqro ' begins with ta'awudz and ended with tashdiq .
9. Qirat provision for every participant is maximum 4 rhythms reading in One maqro '.
10. Every participant must use reading history Hafs from Imam 'Ashim' with maqro ' which is already determined .
11. Aspect of evaluation of jury includes :

• Manners
• Rhythm and song
• Tajweed and fashohah

1. Jury’s decision will be final.
