MUSABAQOH HIFDZUL QUR’AN (MHQ) 5 JUZ

Ketentuan Umum

1. Lomba Hifzul Quran 5 Juz adalah cabang lomba OASE Tingkat Nasional. Dapat diikuti oleh seluruh Siswa dan Siswi di Indonesia.
3. Lomba Hifzul Quran 5 Juz adalah cabang lomba untuk siswa dan siswi tingkat SLTP (SMP / MTs).
4. Setiap lembaga mengirimkan maksimal 1 peserta untuk setiap kategori.
5. Satu peserta hanya berhak mengikuti satu lomba dalam pelaksanaan OASE ini. 
6. Peserta harus terdaftar sebagai siwa/siswi di sekolah/ madrasah tingkat SLTP (SMP / MTs) yang dibuktikan dengan copy Kartu Pelajar atau surat pendelegasian dari lembaga masing-masing
7. Peserta wajib menunjukkan Surat Keterangan Tahfidz sesuai dengan lomba yang diikuti dari lembaga dengan diupload ketika pendaftaran.
8. Panitia memiliki hak mendiskualifikasi peserta lomba apabila tidak memenuhi persyaratan yang telah ditentukan.
9. Kuota peserta yang diterima ± 25 peserta

Ketentuan Khusus

1. Peserta MHQ kategori 5 Juz (1 - 5) bersifat individu.
2. Panitia memberi batasan kuota untuk pendaftar dan para peserta harus mengikuti peraturan perlombaan yang telah ditentukan panitia perlombaan.
3. Pelaksanaan Musabaqoh Hifdzil Quran (MHQ) terbagi menjadi dua tahap, yaitu tahap seleksi secara Online dan Final secara offline
4. Waktu pelaksanaan adalah Sabtu, 12 Oktober 2024 untuk seleksi dan Sabtu, 19 Oktober 2024 untuk babak Final (08.00 – selesai)
5. Seleksi MHQ berupa upload video sesuai maqro’ yang ditentukan.
6. maqro' akan diumumkan melalui wa grup pada jumat, 11 Oktober 2024 pukul 06.00 WIB.
7. Batas maksimal pengumpulan video yaitu jumat, 11 Oktober 2024 pukul 23.00 WIB melalui link google drive yang nanti disediakan oleh panitia.
8. Maqro’ akan diumumkan lebih lanjut setelah pendaftaran.
9. Peserta yang lolos seleksi dan maju ke babak final yang akan diselengggarakan secara offline di PPMI Assalaam Sukoharjo akan diumumkan pada Selasa, 15 Oktober 2024.
10. Peserta diharapkan sudah standby 10 menit sebelum tampil.
11. Pertanyaan terdiri dari 4 soal.
12. Peserta akan dipandu dengan isyarat bunyi bel dari juri dengan ketentuan:

• Bel 2 kali : Soal akan dimulai atau pindah ke soal berikutnya
• Bel 1 kali : Peringatan salah
• Bel 3 kali : Peserta selesai tampil

    13. Aspek penilaian juri meliputi:

• Adab
• Kelancaran
• Tajwid dan fashohah

    14. Peserta terbaik ditentukan oleh juri dan keputusan tidak dapat diganggu gugat.

Technical Manuals of the Olympic

1. Participants must dress politely, neatly and Islamically (for girls, they must wear a headscarf ).
2. Participants must ensure that the internet network is stable during the test.
3. The duration of working on the Olympic questions is 120 minutes (2 hours), 09.00 – 11.00 WIB.
4. Participants who do not attend as scheduled, and or exceed 60 minutes from the specified schedule are considered disqualified.
5. During the competition, each participant must turn on the camera until the participant's face is clearly visible.
6. The Google Meet link will be sent to the Whatsapp group D-1 (Tuesday , 20 February 2024).
7. After entering the Google Meet room, participants must be present in the chat column (name and school of origin) and turn off the microphone but keep the camera on (example: Oktavia<space>SMP Maju 2 Sukolilo).
8. After the supervisor shares the question link in the Google Meet chat column, participants are prohibited from pressing F5/esc/reload for those using laptops/computers or pressing refresh/reload for those using cellphones.
9. Participants will be disqualified if:

• Detected by team supervisor exit /exit 2 times from full screen circumstances ( participant get warning from system or supervisor )
• get help from mentor /other person
• use electrolytes help tool ( calculators and tools help count other )

     11. Participants who are unable to continue the competition

            due to illness or other reasons will be deemed to have

            failed or resigned and cannot be represented.

     12. After finishing doing the questions, don't forget to click

            send and the sent answer will appear on the screen.

    13. Participants who have finished working can leave Google Meet.

PAI OLYMPIAD (ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS EDUCATION)

 General requirements

1. PAI Olympic competition is branch of International Level OASE competition. It can be followed by Indonesian students as well outside of Indonesia.
2. PAI Olympic competition is branch of competition For students of junior high school level (SMP / MTs).
3. There isn't any limitation of amount of participants delegated by the Institution/ School .
4. One participant is only entitled follow One competition in this OASE .
5. Participant must registered as students _ _ active in school /madrasah at junior high school level (SMP/MTs) as proven with Card Student or Letter of Delegation from respective institutions and is uploaded in the registration form .
6. Committee own right disqualifying participant competition if :

11. Questions using Arabic language

Special Provision 

1. Payload material of PAI Olympics is Integrated to K-13 Curriculum .
2. The competition is held online ( using e-learning).
3. Each participant will get account and password from the committee and will informed D-1 before competition .
4. Questions can be accessed on the D day .
5. Participant do Olympics question in time determined by committee ( 09.00–11.00 WIB) with duration 120 minutes .
6. Participant is not recommended using a cellphone (must use a laptop/PC)
7. Champion is taken from highest score
8. Questions and assessments are distributed into 3 weights

• Easy Question : Score 1
• Medium Questions : Score 2
• Difficult Questions : Score 5
• Not answered / Wrong answer : Score 0
